The Hisense Roku TV blinks red twice, indicating that your Roku TV cannot connect to your network router. This can happen after resetting the network router or disconnecting the Hisense Roku TV from the network. To fix the problem, you need to run a network connection check on your Roku device.

1. Run a network connection check
You need to check the status and signal strength of your internet connection on your Hisense Roku TV. If the connection check is successful, the red blinking stops. If not, I'll show you what to do next.

So try plugging your TV into a different outlet that you are sure works. You can of course check this by plugging another device into the outlet to see if it works.

3. Clear the cache on the Roku device

On the other hand, if you're using a Roku streaming device plugged into your Hisense TV's USB port, you'll need to switch it to a different USB port.
